Delivery to Greece with ACS or ELTA courier in 1-3 days
The time required for delivery in Europe by Hellenic Post (ELTA) is five to ten (5-10) working days from the date the order is received.
The time required for delivery in Europe by DHL is three to five(3-5) working days from the date the order is received.

First Class (Priority A): guaranteeing its fast delivery.

Unfortunately there are some countries even in Europe which don’t accept the Declared Value and the insurance ,in this case the parcel travels REGISTERED
with the client’s responsibility.

First Class (Priority A): guaranteeing fast delivery.

You can track the progress of your order through www.elta.gr selecting “Order History.
Any duties or taxes imposed by customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are payable by the addressee.
The piteri.com online shop is not always aware of the amount of such charges.
In case of any complexity/difficulty completing an order (poor weather conditions, strikes, etc. we will contact you to confirm whether or not you want your order delivered.
Customers are responsible for fees incurred from importing goods, any shipping charges of returns or resends for any additional delivery or traffic cost for picking up the package at post office or custom.

Unfortunately, Piteri can not be responsible for any lost item or damaged item that caused by delivery. I try to avoid it by shipping your item with Registration Service in order to keep tracking the status of it.
If your parcel is unclaimed and being returned to me by local post office, you may need to pay delivery cost for returning you the parcel back, cost to be quoted upon the item.
Piteri shop provides detailed descriptions and colored photos to allow the best possible view of the product (general views all around the product and color details,) and provides also approx. measurements in cm and inches.
Our Babylonia jewels may have small variations in color on each piece according to the originality and specialty of the material.
Color may also vary slightly from screen to screen according to settings.
